Lala is a graduate of the University of Laverne with a master’s degree in business and she has several years of experience in customer service and hospitality. She spent 17 years with Southern California Edison working within the Customer Service Division in the Billing Department, Job Skills Training, and as a Corporate Diversity Trainer. As she progressed within the company, she put her focus on becoming a Project Manager before retiring. After retirement, LaLa’s passion for customer service landed her a position within the Airline industry. First working as a guest services teammate and later moving on to become a member of the in-flight team. LaLa’s passion and dedicated efforts in the travel industry have rewarded her with numerous customer service citations and job of excellence accommodations for her expertise and abilities.
In addition to LaLa’s passion for hospitality, she also enjoys traveling with her husband and spending quality time with her granddaughter. She also enjoys being a part of her Airlines Dance Team performing in various events such as the Pride Parade and the TorchLight Parade. LaLa’s volunteer work includes many years working for the LA Marathon, becoming part of the Community Emergency Response Team (CERT), assisting Veterans in locating work, and being an AYSO Soccer Coach. LaLa’s other activities include spending time fundraising and volunteering at Southern California Edison, Youth Track and Field, AS Dance Team, AFA HRC, and the Carsyn Neille Foundation.
