In 2018, he made the move to the Coachella Valley where he captured the community’s hearts as an Emmy Award-winning on-air reporter at KESQ News Channel 3. Jake’s upbeat personality and kind spirit quickly made him a cherished member of the valley, leading the market on breaking news and LGBTQ+ issues.

After unexpectedly falling in love with the Coachella Valley, Jake now channels his communications talents toward marketing and communications at Palm Springs International Airport, spreading good news and positivity about a key pillar of the valley.
